 Return and Refund Policy – Britzo Mart

1. Return

You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • We do not accept returns for hygiene products (e.g. pet grooming tools, cleaning brushes) if opened.

To start a return:
Email us at support@britzomart.com with your order number and reason for return.


2. Return Shipping

  • Customer pays for return shipping (unless item is faulty or incorrect).

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service – we are not responsible for lost returns.

Return address:
We will provide our return address when you contact us. (We use a UK returns centre for dropshipping).


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you within 5 business days

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or wrong:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging

  • We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping)


5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it – email us immediately.
After 2 hours, the order may have already been processed for shipping.
