By using britzomart.com, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & Pricing

  • We try to show accurate product info, but small differences may happen (e.g. colour, size).

  • Prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT.

  • We reserve the right to change prices or stop products anytime.

2. Orders & Payment

  • After you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email.

  • Payment is taken at checkout. We accept cards, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay.

  • We may cancel any order if stock is unavailable. We’ll refund you.

3. Shipping

  • We ship to UK addresses only.

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking number.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your item (UK law).

  • Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

5. Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers or couriers.

  • Our maximum liability is the price you paid for the product.

6. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
